Teilex Germany GmbH grants a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase (date of the first buyer's invoice) on products of the Teilex Germany own brand. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship that impair the function of the product.

The warranty applies to products purchased in Germany and fitted to a vehicle in Germany.

– Installation by a specialist workshop in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications, evidenced by the installation invoice.

– Presentation of the proof of purchase.

– Return of the defective part together with the fully completed warranty claim form.

The warranty does not cover:

– natural wear and tear,

– damage caused by accident, improper installation, modifications to the product, overloading or improper use,

– use in motorsport or competitions,

– consequential damage to other vehicle parts.

In a warranty case, the buyer receives a defect-free replacement part free of charge after inspection. Removal and installation costs, vehicle hire, towing costs and other costs are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty claims are made via the seller from whom the product was purchased or directly with Teilex Germany GmbH. Parts must be sent with sufficient postage to:

The inspection may take several weeks.

In addition to this warranty, the buyer is entitled to the statutory rights against the seller in the event of defects.

Exercising these statutory rights is free of charge. The statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
