Suspension and brake parts contribute directly to driving safety. That is why quality at Teilex Germany is not a marketing promise but an end-to-end process – from material selection to final inspection.
Our quality promise
Every Teilex part must do the same job as the original part it replaces: fit exactly, absorb the intended forces and perform reliably over its entire service life.
To achieve this, we define binding technical requirements for materials, dimensional accuracy and surface protection for each product group – and consistently monitor compliance with them.
Testing processes
Our quality assurance takes effect at several stages: during the approval of materials and components, in in-process inspections during manufacturing, and in the final inspection before dispatch.
Inspections cover dimensional accuracy and fit, material properties, the function of moving joints and the corrosion protection of surfaces, among other criteria. Suspect batches are blocked and analysed before any goods leave the warehouse.
Manufacturing to OE specifications
OE specifications are the technical requirements of original equipment: geometry, materials, tolerances and functional values of the original part.
Teilex products are manufactured to these specifications. That means identical mounting dimensions, identical function and replacement without rework – the prerequisite for safe workshop procedures and satisfied end customers.

Certified quality management
Our processes are organised within a certified quality management system that is regularly audited by external bodies.
Among other things, it governs supplier evaluation, batch traceability, complaint handling and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing and testing processes.
